ASDFC After School Club Programme is designed to improve your skills as a player.
It concentrates on the basic techniques that are essential to becoming a quality player!

Training session consist of 4 Phases

Warm-ups and stretching

Gently prepares the body for training by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this loosens the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles.

Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.

Technique training sessions

This phase focuses on the following skills

  • Passing
  • Dribbling
  • Shooting
  • Attacking
  • Defending
  • Goalkeeping

Fun games to practice techniques

These drills help to improve agility and decision making on the pitch.

Small-sided matches and tournaments

7-a side or 5-a-side teams will comprise up to 6 players in a squad with rolling substitutions used throughout the match. Everyone receives equal playing time and in the event of an obvious mismatch, the weaker team, as jointly agreed by the coaches may field an extra player.
